DJM digital has developed a web platform for motorists that allows them to manage the maintenance of their vehicle. This is an initiative of the Total group to build customer loyalty and promote the sale of its motor oils.


The Total Group has launched the Total Auto Care service, a partnership with a network of independent garages that services vehicles. To make this service convenient and accessible, Total asked DJM digital to develop a platform that allows motorists to plan the maintenance of their vehicle easily and at the garage of their choice.


In order to offer added value compared to the brand dealerships’ websites, DJM digital had to create a practical platform that makes it easy to make appointments at a garage and that centralises vehicle information.


With its simple and ergonomic design, the Total Auto Care platform developed by DJM digital meets the brand’s objectives.

The motorist registers their vehicle and has all the necessary information in one place. They can also make an appointment to have their vehicle serviced at a garage that suits them. All this information is stored in an online history. In addition, he knows in advance the price he will have to pay for the intervention. Once the maintenance has been carried out, the motorist benefits from free breakdown assistance.
