After creating a mobile application for the fans of the Liege football club, DJM digital invaded Standard’s home turf. Today, a dozen digital solutions allow the Rouches community to enjoy a unique experience, as close as possible to their flagship team.


Standard de Liège is one of Belgium’s biggest football clubs. It attracts a large and loyal audience.

In order to get to know them better and to offer them a unique experience, Standard asked DJM digital to work on a series of applications for the club’s fans.


More than an app that offers informative content, DJM digital wanted to create a proper interactive experience for the fan.

Objectives :
  • develop the community,
  • better understand its expectations,
  • build fan loyalty around the club.


DJM digital developed the Standard App. It allows fans to interact with their club like never before. They can:

  • enjoy the match by viewing the stats from the match: goals, substitutions and cards,
  • analyse the composition of the teams, the league positions and browse the fixture list,
  • evaluate the match and vote for the man of the match,
  • predict the outcome of matches and choose the goal scorers in order to win maximum points and prizes.

This first successful collaboration led to the development of other tools. Thus, DJM digital has developed a dozen digital platforms for Standard.

In parallel to the website for the “general public”, DJM digital has developed a specific site for the business community.

It allows them to discover the news and advantages reserved for the club’s partners, such as VIP packages, access to the corporate area, brand visibility solutions, room rental availability for an event, etc.

Standard Business App

By downloading this social networking application, members of the business community who visit Standard can discover specific news. They can also exchange messages with other members and develop their network.

Standard Club Card

The Standard Club Card is a cashless payment system. This card permanently replaces the tokens previously used to pay for drinks at the bar. The card can be topped up with credits at the stadium kiosks or via the online platform.

Coca Cola Business League

In order to enhance Standard’s business area, two smart footballs have been installed. These are equipped with sensors that count the goals scored by the participants. The scores are projected live in the business area and on the Standard Business application.

In order to standardise all of Standard’s digital tools, DJM digital has completely redesigned its website. Fully responsive, it is now easier to read, has a variety of functions and guarantees optimal integration of all the club’s digital applications.

Creation of a Standard SSO account

In view of the increasing number of applications and digital tools developed for Standard, DJM digital has set up an SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication system. This allows users to connect to all platforms using a single account linked to their telephone number.


During Standard matches, the Selfez-Voo tool is available on the Standard App. It allows Standard fans to take a picture of themselves during the match and have it displayed live in the stadium. DJM digital takes care of retrieving the files and displaying a selection of them on Standard’s big screen, on the sidelines and on social networks.

The fanshop developed by DJM digital offers Roussel fans the opportunity to purchase clothing and accessories in Standard’s colours. In addition to creating this e-commerce platform, DJM digital is responsible for the daily reporting of orders and the promotion of products (e-mail campaigns, banners, etc.).

Standard Travel

DJM digital designed and developed the Standard Travel website, a club initiative to offer its supporters a personalised service for travel and holidays.

They benefit from special promotions to certain destinations that can be booked online.
