For Toyota Belgium, the Brussels Motor Show is much more than just a motoring event. It is a key opportunity to meet business clients, strengthen relationships with partners and generate concrete commercial opportunities. It is against this backdrop that we have designed, in collaboration with Toyota Belgium, a digital platform specifically tailored to address the business challenges of such a high-profile event.
The objective was clear: to make the most of the show by offering an immersive experience capable of turning visitors’ interest into qualified leads and measurable opportunities for the marketing and sales teams.
The challenge
The challenge: transforming a stand into a tool for visualisation and conversion
In the busy and competitive environment of the Brussels Motor Show, the challenge was to capture visitors’ attention quickly whilst enabling trade visitors to visualise, in concrete terms, solutions tailored to their professional needs.
We needed to design a platform capable of visualising and customising different van models in real time, with realistic and credible rendering, whilst remaining smooth, fast and easy to use on a high-traffic stand. Beyond the experience itself, the system also had to support lead generation and enhance Toyota’s sales strategy.
The DJM solution
Our approach: an AI-driven event experience
We have developed an interactive web platform incorporating an artificial intelligence engine, designed specifically for deployment at the Brussels Motor Show. This engine automatically adapts branding visuals to each van model, whilst respecting the vehicles’ proportions, angles and real-world constraints.
The photorealistic rendering is generated instantly, offering visitors an immediate and credible visualisation of their future vehicles. The interface, which is deliberately minimalist and B2B-focused, is quick to get to grips with, requires no technical skills, and facilitates meaningful discussions with the teams on the stand.
In this event context, AI acts as a decision-making accelerator: it streamlines the demonstration, bolsters the credibility of the sales pitch and transforms a one-off interaction into a genuine business opportunity.
Impact and results
A trade fair campaign designed to boost sales performance
Thanks to this platform, the Toyota stand at the Brussels Motor Show was transformed into a genuine strategic touchpoint. Visitors enjoyed a useful, engaging and distinctive experience, whilst the Toyota teams had a practical tool at their disposal to capture qualified leads and measure the impact of the campaign.
This project illustrates how an approach combining events, AI and digital strategy can maximise the business value of a trade fair, by turning digital technology into a driver of performance rather than merely a demonstration tool.
