- Handle the operational management of e-marketing projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.
- Provide your clients with the strategic and technical support they need to make informed decisions.
- Manage omnichannel campaigns while always keeping the quality/cost/timeline balance in mind.
- Communicate your client’s needs to the production teams.
- Organize schedules and coordinate production teams.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with production teams and experts to make the best strategic and technical decisions for your clients.
- Monitor the quality of the work delivered by the teams and ensure that everything aligns with the objectives set with your client.
- Closely monitor the performance of your clients’ campaigns and guide the teams in optimizing them.
- Proactively propose growth opportunities to your client that align with their objectives.
- Expand DJM’s client portfolio by identifying opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- You are proficient in the key tools and platforms essential for setting up and monitoring effective digital campaigns.
- You are familiar with the latest trends and have an interest in new technologies.
- You have a business-oriented approach & ROI.
- French is your native language (proficiency in Dutch and/or English is a major asset), and your spelling is impeccable.
- You’re comfortable interacting with clients, you’re a confident speaker, and you can lead meetings involving diverse stakeholders.
- You know how to manage a schedule and get things done at the right time.
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
