- Manage the entire sales cycle:Prospecting: You identify potential customers and contact them directly. You’re constantly on the lookout for new opportunities.
- Qualifying needs: You ask questions, listen actively and build a customized, value-added solution that matches the prospect’s needs.
- Personalized presentation: You make a personalized presentation to decision-makers and adapt, if necessary and according to specific needs, the final offer with a view to negotiation.
- Negotiation: Beforehand, you discuss the strategy to be adopted and any leeway you may have.
If there is a negotiation, you can then discuss the terms of the contract with your future customer independently. - Contract signature: bingo! The prospect becomes your customer 😉
Start-up follow-up: You’re in constant contact with the Project Managers to ensure qualitative follow-up of your sales.
Identify the prospect’s needs and build – in collaboration with the team – a tailor-made solution in line with our tech and digital services.
Collaborate with all your colleagues (PMs, developers, etc.) to achieve your objectives.
The sales team currently includes 3 young talents: Michel, Natacha and Collin.
Your role is cross-functional, working with a wide range of colleagues in a variety of functions. Together, you ensure customer satisfaction. You regularly interact with project managers, developers and designers.
- You have initial sales and business development experience in digital marketing and/or technology.
- You have the energy to open up new business opportunities, meet lots of people and get them excited about DJM and the opportunity to build something really amazing with us.
- You’re passionate about all things digital and have a genuine interest in the customer’s digital needs and challenges.
- Your curiosity knows no bounds and you’re able to quickly understand things and target customer needs.
- You communicate with ease and transparency, and you’re not afraid of public speaking.
- You speak fluent French and have a good level of English (knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus).
- Negotiating complex contracts doesn’t scare you.
