About Evolution
Evolution Wellness Club is an iconic fitness center in Belgium, renowned for its state-of-the-art equipment and modern facilities. For over two decades, the club has been a benchmark for wellness enthusiasts, offering a unique experience to its members.
Context
Since we started working together in 1999, we’ve been helping Evolution Wellness Club with their digital transformation and marketing strategy. We’ve developed their website and kept it evolving over the years, adapting it to market expectations and technological advances. This support has also included the creation of landing pages for temporary campaigns, the organization of competitions, strategic advice and the launch of the Skill Athletic concept in Liège. In 2024, this collaboration took a new turn, with a complete overhaul of their marketing strategy, combining advertising campaigns, content creation and optimization of their CRM tools.
A tailor-made strategy
We designed and implemented a comprehensive, customized marketing strategy to meet Evolution Wellness Club’s needs. Our advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads were designed to achieve specific objectives: generate qualified leads, increase the number of registrations and reinforce the club’s reputation. These campaigns were supported by an optimized landing page, created specifically to convert visitors into leads while reflecting Evolution’s identity.
As a Technogym partner, we helped Evolution integrate their new CRM. This tool was configured to meet the club’s specific needs, with innovative features such as personalized pop-ups displayed on the machines’ screens. For example, during the festive season, a campaign featuring a gift voucher was put in place, offering an engaging and relevant customer experience.
To reinforce their communication, we also took charge of filming and editing videos to showcase the club’s facilities and promotional campaigns. We then set up newsletters and targeted emailing campaigns. These initiatives helped build loyalty among existing members, while maintaining a regular, personalized relationship with them.
On a strategic level, we work with Evolution to optimize their presence on social networks. Although they manage their platforms directly, we support them in the development of their digital strategy and create specific content according to their needs. This approach enables them to maintain autonomy, while relying on our expertise to improve their performance and maximize the impact of their communication.

For Evolution Wellness Club, the challenge is to adapt to the expectations of its members while standing out in a competitive sector. This calls for regular innovation, optimization of the tools at their disposal, such as their CRM, and the maintenance of high-impact communication tailored to their audience. They must also succeed in capturing new audiences without neglecting the importance of retaining their current members.
Solution
To meet these challenges and strengthen our digital support, we developed a global marketing strategy combining targeted advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, customized content creation and support for the integration of the Technogym CRM. This approach maximized conversions, boosted club awareness and improved the customer experience.
