Improve engagement and conversion rates on the Protime website by redesigning user journeys and aligning the digital experience with business objectives.

Challenge

The challenge was to effectively guide diverse B2B profiles toward the bottom of the funnel, by optimizing a complex, content-rich website, while laying clear foundations for its future evolution on Drupal.

A comprehensive CRO audit and targeted UX work enabled the redefinition of user journeys focused on conversion, laying the groundwork for a website evolution aligned with Protime’s business objectives.
