Since 2024, our teams have been working closely with Toyota Belux to strengthen the group’s digital growth. Initially, Toyota chose our agency as its strategic Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) partner, meaning an Adobe-certified agency with the expertise, training and dedicated resources required to deliver AEM projects. On a daily basis, our digital experts support the entire Toyota and Lexus Belux web ecosystem, ensuring content management, user experience optimisation and the continuous improvement of digital performance.

Throughout this collaboration, the projects delivered for Toyota Belux have covered a wide range of digital expertise, from UX/UI support to more innovative initiatives combining custom development and artificial intelligence. One of these projects was the creation of an interactive experience for the Brussels Motor Show, where Toyota Belgium wanted to turn its exhibition stand into a powerful lead generation tool. To achieve this, DJM lab, our technology innovation hub, designed an AI-powered interactive experience. The objective? To allow visitors to personalise their vehicle livery in real time and instantly visualise the result through photorealistic rendering. This tailor-made experience transformed the Toyota stand into a highly effective source of qualified leads.

This diversity of projects reflects what we see every day: brands’ digital challenges are constantly evolving and require complementary expertise capable of supporting every stage of the customer journey. It is in this context that our collaboration with the Toyota group is now entering a new phase.
