Based in Verviers, Val Chaineux is a family-run business now led by Bernard Charlier, a lifelong wine enthusiast. More than just a wine cellar, it is a place of discovery combining the sale of wines and spirits, gourmet products, gift cards, as well as wine courses and masterclasses. With a spacious hall equipped with two kitchens – including a professional one – the venue also hosts workshops and events. True to its DNA, Val Chaineux nurtures a philosophy of sharing and transmission, through personalized advice, encounters with producers, and a genuine passion for fine products.
Context
Val Chaineux needed to modernize an outdated e-commerce site that no longer reflected the brand’s DNA or the richness of its offering. The challenge was to create a platform that was both functional and welcoming for customers, while laying the foundations for a marketing strategy to strengthen the brand’s digital presence on a daily basis.

Solution
To address these challenges, we designed a complete solution combining technical performance with digital strategy. A new webshop built on Magento 2, both robust and scalable, was developed to provide simplified product catalog management and smooth navigation. In parallel, content creation and advertising campaigns around key moments such as Father’s Day, the Francofolies, or the holiday season anchored the brand in a consistent digital dynamic, blending commercial efficiency with relational proximity.
